3 Ways To Reduce Stress

1) Exercise 
Exercising pumps up your endorphins, reduces negative effects of stress, improves your mood and it’s meditation in motion. You can find a good article about it here  By Mayo Clinic Staff .

2) Sleep
Sleep is a powerful stress reducer. Sleeping for 8 hours a day can do wonders for your mind and body. Following a regular sleep routine calms and restores the body, improves concentration, regulates mood, and sharpens judgment and decision-making. You are a better problem solver and are better able to cope with stress when you’re well-rested. Lack of sleep, less than 6 hours reduces your energy and diminishes mental clarity which could lead to added stress. 

3) Take A Break.
When things get rough, take a break and reset. Reset your mind and body by taking a 10 minute break and take your mind off of the task / situation at hand. Take part in some deep breathing to help you relax and imagine yourself at your favorite vacation / destination. Are you enjoying your feet in the sand with a Pina Colada in your hand or are you on the top of the Swiss Alps and taking in the cool mountain breeze flowing around your face? Wherever you are or decide to be, just breathe and relax.
