Their venture into the fitness world began during their commendable service in the Marine Corps, where they aided fellow Marines in acing their Physical Fitness Tests, which later evolved into the Combat Fitness Test. Following an honorable discharge, the couple faced their own health hurdles, navigating through injuries which sparked a realization that others could benefit from their expertise. Over the years, their passion for fitness evolved as they assisted individuals in passing fitness examinations, recovering from injuries, losing weight, and building strength. The inception of Stabil FIT Life was rooted in an observation; while many prioritize stability in their careers, financial affairs, and personal relationships, health and well-being often fall by the wayside. Determined to change this narrative, Josh and Ki founded their fitness studio to place health and wellness at the forefront of individuals’ priorities.
